If there is a problem with your order, we will do everything we can to make you happy! So, LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY!
· If it’s something we’ve done wrong, (i.e.: something doesn’t work right or isn’t as described) we’ll pay for all the return shipping costs and will make it right.
· If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind. Notify us within 15 days and return the goods within 30 days (on your dime) and we’ll give you a full refund. Check out our BIG BUTS below!
· If you ruin it, you own it.
OUR BIG BUTS:
· HARDWARE MUST BE RECEIVED BY US IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SOLD. Pack very well and return insured. We’ll have to discuss with you the less-than-full value of damaged hardware that’s been returned.
· HARDWARE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS. After that there will be a 20% restocking fee.
· CUSTOM WORK MAY NOT BE RETURNABLE. Check with us first.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: This is OLD HARDWARE. (We didn't make it!) Although we will be sure that everything functions well when we sell it, we can offer no other guarantees
JUST A NOTE: BILL NEVER FORGETS THE LITTLE STUFF. If your order appears to be missing the fasteners or small bits, please check all the packing material. (You’d be surprised how often this happens) We pack small items with bright red packing tape. Don’t be like the contractor who threw all the packing material (and hardware) in the burn barrel!!! There will be an added charge for replacement pieces.
